What is it about seeing that makes one know?

What is it about beholding that causes one to conform?


We yearn to know!

We long to hear!

We seek to see!

We crave to behold!

Open up to us!


For those who need to sit with the Word to see and know, keep us seated.

For those who must stand, watch and see, open our eyes and set our gaze.

For those who must wait, even when others are running, help us wait patiently.

That at last we'll become like Him!



Those with Saul only heard a voice, he beheld even up to the third heaven.

Stephen full of the Holy Spirit beheld what made he unafraid to die for the gospel.

John beheld, no wonder the book of revelation.

Isaiah beheld and saw the gloriousness of Holiness.

Open up Spirit of the Deep!


That I may know Him who was, and is, and is to come!

The power of His resurrection that lives in me and quickens my mortal body.

To partake in the fellowship of His suffering that at last as coheirs we'll also partake in His glory.

And be continually conformed to His death as we have been baptised into it.


We don't just want to see; we want to behold until we become.

We want to know, feel, gaze, and encounter.

OPEN UP higher realms of glory!

Wandering for so long with nowhere to call home. Wandering for years with no one to call family. Born into slavery. Born into fear. Born into the orphanage. Walking down the dark aisle one day, in fear and tears... I saw a light! Shocked because light isn't what we normally see. I had heard how people saw a light one day and were taken away from this horrible place, and I always thought they were lucky. Facing the light, I didn't know whether to run or scream. But then, I felt different. New emotions emerged: life, love, hope, peace, ownership. What was this light? As I took a step forward, it moved closer too!
